The Presidency has given reasons why some N power volunteers have not been paid. Following several complaints over the late/non- payment of allowances of volunteers under its N-Power scheme, the Presidency has stated, according to Nigerian Bulletin, that failure of participants not receiving their allowances are as a result of some factors. The FG said that failure of participants not receiving their allowances are as a result of some factors According to the Presidency, the factors include the following: 1. Changed name 2. NO/Incorrect BVN 3. Over 35 years old 4. Don't have required certificate Recall that NAIJ.com had reported weeks ago that the Nigerian federal government approved the sum of N4,500 for each of the 200,000 beneficiaries of N-Power Volunteer Corps. Buhari, Malami, others attend Juma'at Service

President Muhammadu Buhari has made his first public appearance in two weeks as he is currently attending Friday’s Juma'at service. Buhari is joined by the Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, the National Security Adviser, Mohammed Babagana Monguno, and other officials at Friday’s Juma'at service. President Buhari has not been seen in public in two weeks. He has also been absent from the last couple of Federal Executive Council meetings held at the Presidential Villa, Aso Rock, Abuja.
